For a residential building project in Brno, we created a comprehensive set of visualizations for Ateliér Zlámal presenting the exteriors and interiors of the building. Since the house replaces several houses in the existing development, it was important for us and the client to show in the visualizations how the building will be integrated into the surrounding buildings. Thanks to high-quality photographs of the surroundings for a street view and an overhead perspective, the project is faithfully set in the context of the surroundings and is a reliable illustration for both the investor and his clients.

For the interiors, the client had an idea of a cozy, luxurious space, but we had great freedom when it came to the furnishings and composition of the shots, resulting in illustrations dominated by warm wood tones accented by a distinctive fresh green color and gold accessories.

We have also supplemented the project presentation with a virtual tour of selected rooms, which, unlike classic perspectives, will literally draw you in :)
